A property development company in Mombasa is looking for Maintenance Personnel, to perform the following specific duties in the capacity of apartments general maintenance. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

General maintenance of power and plumbing installations of 40 apartments and compound.
Report to the supervisor of all incidences and steps taken or to be taken to correct such incidences.
