Our client with various retail outlets across the country is in need of a Training Manager. 

Title: Training and Development Officer 

Reporting to: Executive Director 



Position Overview: 

To increase the level of relevant skills and knowledge within the stores workforce through provision of training and learning support to employees. 




The focus being, customer service, selling
