CHF International seeks candidates for an anticipated USAID devolution program in Kenya. 



This program will support the devolution process by building the capacity of local government structures and strengthening the role of civil society and citizens as partner in governance and in holding the new structures accountable. These positions are contingent upon funding. Civic Participation &
