Head Chef in a Luxury Safari Lodge in Western Uganda

Head ChefWe are looking for Head Chef in a small scale luxury safari lodge (8 cottages), serving international cuisine (incl. packed meals and live BBQ events.)We Expect:

preparation of various types of international dishes (4 course dinners)
preparation of packed breakfasts and lunches
co-ordination of kitchen (including three other kitchen staff)
correct food  portioning and costing
